Please DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE if you are a small business or looking for anyone to give you a reasonable price for HVAC services. I would really encourage anyone to look elsewhere other than this company. They charged me $550 just to come and assess my units which the local company did for free. When you get on the phone with them, they will tell you it is because of the union, but I’m pretty sure it’s just because they are running a scam. They will also require you to put your credit card down before the assessment and run a $1000 hold, probably because they know they’re going to charge you an exorbitant amount of money for doing nothing, especially since they are charging you for travel time. And on top of that, there’s a $25 fuel surcharge.

I have bigger fishes to fry at this time... but you still lost a good worker, good luck, but not from my thoughts... finding good technicians, i think you need it.... 2star...only cause Audrey had a professional attitude towards everyone... and very respectful.
