Allterra Solar

Allterra Solar is wonderful. I recently had an inverter issue and they helped me go through the warranty process. Adam contacted the company for me as well. He would check in to ensure they were continuing to keep us informed on the timing of the replacement. The entire team is always available for questions. I truly am grateful for all they do and highly recommend Allterra Solar!

This is the way a business should be run. I had a small problem with the tracking of my power. The tracking company gave me some referrals. I tried to contact them with no response. I reached out to Allterra. Adam responded immediately and told me that even though I was a little bit out of his service area he would be happy to work with me. I booked an appointment for the tech to come out, he did the job, I am now back in business. I am completely satisfied with the prompt and professional service I received.

You removed the panels within two weeks or so of being notified of the start of a reroof project and replaced them in about a week of its completion. We had Allterra install our solar system 6-7 years ago. The installation was very clean and tidy. We have had problems with the micro inverters by a company that Allterra no longer uses. They have had to change all of the micro inverters after a number of them failed in the first 2 years of service. Just this past year two more failed. Allterra changed all of the micro inverters as soon as the manufacturer sent them the replacements. Fortunately we have not had to pay for the replacement because they were under warranty. I have always maintained that the mark of a good company is how they respond to problems. Allterra has responded professionally and done a great job keeping me informed in the progress of the back ordered replacement parts. I recommend them without reservation. I have recently referred our neighbor of 37 years to Allterra. I told her that Allterra may not be the least expensive but you will get a clean installation and great service for any problems that may arise.

Super highly recommend! Allterra Solar was great to work with at every step of the process, super responsive to my 1 million questions, worked with me to get the system to do what I needed, and they had fun doing it. Their staff are good people, seem to enjoy and take pride in their jobs, and are local - which is seriously awesome. Thanks to Magic Mike for helping get the designs through, and huge shout out to Saki and his crew (Nick and Bobby) that did they install. They were efficient, communicative, and had such a good time doing their job.
