Baker Home Energy did a great job on installing two Tesla powerwall‘s at my house. John Turner was my team lead for the installation. In one day he finished the battery installation and on day two he installed the heat sensor in the garage and wired it to my central home smoke alarm. All of the installation and wiring looks very professional. My sales person was Mike Silva and he was knowledgeable and was able to give me a competitive price after I received multiple bids. I got bids from Tesla, Semper Solaris, and a couple other companies. Now I am just waiting for SDG&E to come out to do their part and the permitting process to pass inspection.

Eric was great to work with. He was really friendly and explained everything clearly. Even though he couldn't finish the repair right away because of the part, he found a way to make the whole system work without breaking the bank. I really appreciated that he was so honest and helpful. I'll definitely be calling him back to finish the job.
The team at Baker continues to impress. The sales and installation folks took great care of us a couple of years ago when we bought our heat pump mini split system. We also had a great experience this week with Eric Young who helped us maintenance the system for the first time. He went above and beyond helping us get everything cleaned up but he also spent time educating me on how best to take care of my system (there is a lot more to keeping these things running well for a long time than I remembered when I bought it). We went ahead and invested in the 3 year maintenance plan which seems like a killer value. I will be requesting Eric to be our tech every 6 months when Baker comes out.
