Blackout Electric

I have used Blackout on two occasions (in as many weeks) and they have earned their spot as my first call for any future needs. My initial calls to other local companies were met with quotes of "next week" or longer (not the response you want to hear when you have an electrical issue). Blackout acknowledged the fact that an electrical problem is a matter that needs immediate consideration and was able to have someone at my door at a scheduled time (not a window of time) that same day (within a matter of hours). Even more impressive - when they say they will be there at 1:00 .m., your doorbell is ringing at 1:00 p.m. Their prices were reasonable and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. Their electricians come prepared to work (both literally (with all supplies needed) and figuratively -(they waste no time)) and they leave the space clean (its as if you didn't know they were there).

I highly recommend Blackout Electric for your residential and commercial electric needs! I called for an issue in my home and they were professional, timely and efficient. They arrived promptly and did not leave until the job was done. They then made follow up calls to ensure our electrical issue was completely resolved. They are definitely my "go to" electricians from here on! If you're looking for this service, look no further.

Blackout helped me deal with an almost two-month long back and forth between Dominion and the City dealing with a prior un-permitted electrical work issue on a house I purchased. They answered my questions and concerns asap and showed up on the spot when needed, as well as corrected all issues that the city required to get the house up to code. It really helped to know I had such competent help on my side to get the matter resolved. Highly recommend!

My husband utilized this business for his new small business he has been working to get off the ground for 3 years. We hired blackout electric through my initial recommendation being that they were veteran owned and wanted to give support. No only did they leave huge holes in all of the walls of my husbands business without repair, they left all the trash they utilized in a huge pile on our brand new carpets, complete with have eaten food and drinks spilling out and dirty diapers with feces on our new carpets, forcing us to pay for new carpeting and hole repair outside of our initial budget. They are now attempting to destroy the reputation of my husbands new business before we have even begun because they refuse to be professional and mitigate these issues correctly. I dont believe they do shoddy electrical instillation; they simply have extremely poor professionalism, lack of care and very low quality. Will no longer recommend them to anyone.

This company was good to me. The install recess lighting and lighy fixtures. The were in and out in two days and the work was quality. Done over a year ago and no issues so far. I would recommend them.
