Josiah and Steve came out to trouble shoot some problems In our older home. They were excellent! Very professional, and thorough. Josiah Gave me plenty of time, was patient, and answered all of my questions. I appreciate that they worked through the issues in a very sensible and cost-effective way. They were able to assess what needed attention and resolve it quickly. The questions I was concerned about for so long were resolved and fixed in one morning! What a relief! Josiah and Steve were very conscientious in our home and everything was neat as a pin when they left. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone. Plus, it’s a well established, long time run family owned company! Great service!!

Great experience from the beginning to the end. Need service upgrade to 200amp and EVSE installed. Jack came out on time to give us an assessment and the estimate. He was honest and didn’t try to upsell anything we don’t need. When I accepted the estimate online their office called me promptly to schedule the service. Michael the lead electrician arrived on time, and finished the work in two days. They weren’t trying to rush. They were great with my dog (shut the door behind them etc.). They are professional and explained everything to us. They were also able to add a last minute change order (asked them to install an outdoor outlet). Great experience overall!

Castle Electric did a fantastic job installing a NEMA 14-50 outlet and Level 2 EV charger in my garage. Jim Jr. the VP came over to provide an estimate, which was very reasonable. Two days later Brian the electrician installed everything in under an hour, and I was already charging my EV! The team is extremely competent, honest, and provided excellent customer service. They were on time, and left my place clean exactly as they found it. Highly recommend their services!

My wife and I recently had Castle assess our smoke detectors. Their technician, Josiah, was on time and thoroughly inspected our home. He clearly explained our needs and presented several options for service. He did all of the work that same morning. We are very satisfied with the service and will definitely be using Castle again.

I appreciated the text messages and electronic payment options, never had to interact with anyone on the phone. Most importantly, the electrician Josiah Campbell, went above and beyond, diagnosing and solving multiple issues in the same visit. He described the problems thoroughly and worked to get everything done in a cost effective manner. I will definitely be using Castle again for any future electrical work!
