I interviewed 5 different Solar Panel Installers and Certasun was by far the most professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, providing a truly comprehensive and complete experience. They answered all my questions in "regular-speak" language, responded incredibly fast to update my proposal when a major solar panel supplier went bankrupt, and guided me through the whole process, including necessary steps for upgrading my electrical system to code, and easy city permit approval. I'm extremely happy with the design and the performance of my solar array. I'd recommend them 100%.

I'd highly recommend Certasun in Buffalo Grove, IL! Their sales team was fantastic - informative, pressure-free, and designed the best solar panel system for my needs. They use top-of-the-line SunPower panels, and the entire project was managed excellently. Their customer service and scheduling were on point, with the flexibility to pay by credit card. The installation itself was flawless. The crew was meticulous, down to the smallest detail, and worked seamlessly with the village inspector to ensure everything met code. They even routed the conduits for a clean look, with almost nothing visible outside. It is also worth mentioning, they don't sub-contract the instalation and guarantee the production. Most importantly, the system works perfectly, generating the expected amount of power without any problems. Overall, I couldn't be happier with Certasun Solar!

I was very pleased with the process all the way through, from working with Dan to design the system to the communication with the project management and install team. The folks who did the installation were very knowledgeable and friendly. The company took care of all the connection and paperwork for the tax credits etc. Finally I asked my roofers to take a look at the work Certasun had done on the roof, preparing it for installation before the panel install and they said they did an excellent job of making sure the penetrations and modifications were done correctly to avoid any leaking or roof issues. I would strongly recommend Certasun if you are thinking about solar.

We had a really tricky solar project that other companies weren’t interested in getting near but Certasun put in the time and the brain power and just a lot of creativity to figure it out with us. The company is really well structured - every step is done thoroughly and professionally- and that contributes to a process that, for the consumer, is a lot less stressful than it otherwise could be. Throughout they were responsive, helpful and even cheerful. The actual install was perfect. The crews were so professional and well organized - I’ve never had a construction project go so smoothly. I’d highly recommend Certasun - and solar! - to anyone.

Certasun helped me and my mother in law get a great Solar system, we had some reservations at first due to different suppliers encountering various issues. We finalized on a perfect system, our sales person was patient with us, and the whole team communicated every step of the process. After going through this process I would definitely recommend Certasun as your solar provider because they will get the job done, and will make sure to select the best suppliers possible.
