From the initial bid to the completion of the work it was a pleasure to work with the team at Electri-City! I appreciate the team taking the time to explain what the initial plan was and the end result, along with walking me through each step of the way. It can always be hard to have a crew working in your house while you are at home (I work from home), but they were clean, careful, efficient, and professional the whole time. I strongly recommend hiring them for your next electrical project!

Electri-City is absolutely phenomenal to work with! I have used them for two home projects (installation of a sub panel and wiring for a hot tub and installation of new circuit and receptacle for new range), and have been very pleased with the finished product of both jobs. Justin and his team go above and beyond to provide nothing short of stellar service from beginning to end. I will definitely continue to use Electri-City for any electrical projects that I have in the future!

This company is very unprofessional and their crew were under trained. They changed and relocate my electrical panel from inside to outside the house. They also rewire the meter from north to south of the house. In the process of rewiring the panel and meter, my newly installed heated floor of my bathroom, did not work. I have called and emailed them about it and they sent their under trained crew to lie about it saying it's working. I paid additional troubleshoot floor heat of $384.88 on top of the upgrade panel-meter of $11,194.75. I just found out too that the inspection was not done since my panel DID NOT have the Labor and Industries inspection logo approval. I will be in touch with the Labor and Industries regarding the issue. Zero Star from me. Apologies cannot fix a broken heated floor. And for you to blamed me and others for your poor skills, I have to give you a double ZERO STAR from me.

The easiest 5-star review I can give. I had the team from Electri-City out to rewire my shop to accommodates a 3D printer farm and they knocked it outta' the park. I would welcome them back anytime. This is now the fourth time I have worked with Electri-City and they have become my go-to resource for all my electrical needs.

We needed an additional outlet on a dedicated circuit behind our fridge. Justin came out on time, was courteous and professional. He walked me through what his plan was, which involved interior/exterior work. Whenever he entered they home, he wore a mask and shoe slippers. His work was meticulous - very neat and tidy. He even fixed up old outlet behind the fridge without asking. All within the time they quoted me. I couldn't ask for better, and will definitely use them again for any future electrical work.
