I can't say enough positive things about Energy Renovation Center. From the initial consultation to the final installation, every step of the process was seamless and professional. The team at Energy Renovation Center is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions, ensuring I felt confident about my decision to go solar.

I'm so dissapointed you guys should fire Rochelle she is rudest of the rudest person I ever talk, im selling my house and I got solar from this company I want to talk to some one regarding the processing and I'm paying the solar upon closing my house and I call the office I ask her to talk to the other agent regarding transpiring all to the new owner and she said they have nothing to do with it.and she don't need to talk to any body I ask if I can talk to other people in the office she said no, you cant theres no body you can talk,, she is devil she cant give me the contact of nick she said he dont work in ERC I don't recomend this company be alert choose sunrun instead...

Horrible company to deal with. They installed everything that didn't work . Had to fight for them to come out and repair the system. The system still does not work properly, and they refuse to fix it. Don't do business with this company.

Great experience from start to finish with Energy Renovation Center. From the initial contact, permit submission, installation and finish they were on top of the details. When I did have questions they were responsive. The initial sales contact and meeting was not a high pressure sale at all.

Do yourself a favor and do your research on the contractor. License number 1009326 This company uses a contractors license that resides in Texas. They just use sub-contractors that are inexperienced and do not know what they are doing. My roof was pouring water down after installation of panels! After five attempts to fix the leaks I told energy renovation center I wanted someone else to fix my roof. Since then they have not processed the permission to operate with Edison and left me still paying a large electric bill as if I didn’t have solar. They have also filed a lien against my property that I have to deal with now. They furnished a document with my forged signature, which they have been known to do in the past based on past violations. Look up the contractors license number on clsb (contractor state license board) website. 1009326 He has been found to produce fraudulent documents, Abandon jobsites and many other violations. This contractor is a complete crook. It would be difficult to find a contractor this bad. Spare yourself the headache.
