The frequency of solar panel cleaning depends on your location and environmental factors. Generally, it's recommended to have them cleaned at least once a year, but areas with high pollution or dust may require more frequent cleaning.
Signs of solar panel issues include decreased energy production, visible damage (cracks, discoloration), and error messages from your inverter. If you notice any of these, it's best to schedule an inspection.

Excellent service! Very pleased! Thoroughly documented my solar system and washed and scrubbed all 48 panels very well! Highly recommended!
Really great service. Anthony was on time and exceptionally professional. He was scheduled for a diagnostic of my system but immediately discovered and fixed the issue that had reduced the production of my solar panels. My system production immediately increased by 30%. I'd highly recommend Anthony and EnergyAid in the future.
My solar system was left unfinished by Sunpower. I called EnergyAid to see what they could do. The technician Pascal came on Oct 16. He answered all my questions and was very through. It costed me $299, but that would be refunded when the project started. I got my system diagnostics, in email, on Oct 18, but there was no price for the work. I called and was told a salesperson would get back to me soon. I called on Oct 21, because NO one had called me, and was told a salesperson would get back to me. I asked if I could speak to the salesperson, but was told no. I called on Oct 29, because NO one had called me. Customer service person noted I had already called last week and stated he would send a note to the salesperson and his supervisor. NO one called me. I called on Nov 11 and the customer service person send an email to the salesperson and two supervisors. Still, NO one has reached out to me. For reference, another solar company gave me a quote within 10 days. I am very disappointed with EnergyAid.
I had the pleasure of working with Matt McCabe from EnergyAid, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his service. Matt’s attention to detail was outstanding—he took the time to thoroughly assess and address every aspect of my energy needs, ensuring nothing was overlooked. His positive attitude made the entire experience enjoyable; he approached every question and concern with enthusiasm and professionalism. Matt’s friendly and approachable demeanor set him apart, making me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to find someone who combines such technical expertise with top-notch customer service. I highly recommend Matt for anyone seeking an exceptional experience with EnergyAid!
Anthony was very nice & knowledgeable about our issue. He explained to us she was said that he would take care of it. A new part indicated that someone from the company would be calling when the part is in to reschedule for replacement. Very nice young man.
