I can recommend the technician Sam, very polite and professional. We had several service companies come to our house and couldn't figure out what the problem was. We were without heat for three weeks. Sam from Fuse came, diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes and told us what part was needed. Two days later he came and fixed it. Yay now we are warm.
