This is by far the worst transportation service ever!!! I booked a driver for a 3 miles ride which took around 5 MINUTES!!! They just sent me an invoice of $ 323 !!! FOR FIVE MINUTES !!!!! They charged me two hours, each one is $ 145. I just called to ask why they charge me that amount of money for a 5 minutes drive and their answer was that the driver must be available. I would give zero stars if I could!!! I’d rather take the subway than this driver service, it’s just ridiculous. I do not recommend at all to book this company!!! Do not make the same mistake as I did!
