Green Revolution Electric

Doesn't return calls or voicemails, doesn’t follow through to coordinate projects, forgets appointments, reschedules then forgets again. And fails inspections that (you guessed it) he forgot about. Company is in desperate need of some scheduling software.

The individual I spoke with, James, originally said he would be able to install our chandelier on 6/15. 30 minutes before his scheduled arrival time, he said he needed to re-schedule. We re-scheduled for a week later, 6/23. He was scheduled to arrive at 10:00, and did not show up. I texted and called at 11:00. My husband called their main location phone # and left a voicemail. We never received a single update or reply. We had to rearrange our schedule to accommodate them, and they did not even bother to show up. Extremely unprofessional company that does not value their customer's time/business.

James was originally supposed to change my electric panel on 6/14/22 and 10 minutes before he was supposed to arrive he texted to cancel and asked to reschedule. So we rescheduled for 6/21/22. His arrival time was set for 9:00 - 10:00am. After the scheduled time had passed, I texted him around 10:25 to see if he was still coming and never got a response. By 11:15 there was no sign of him nor any contact so I decided to call. Over the phone I was told he forgot to put it in his schedule and shortly after I cancelled the job I received a text saying he mistakenly scheduled it for 6/22/22.

I called Green Revolution on a Monday and they said they would be able to come out the next day. They sent me a text on Tuesday and said they couldn't make it and could we change it to Friday. I explained that I needed this electrical work done for our pool to be usable and that I have four of my young children home so the sooner the better. They didnt come on Friday and asked to reschedule to Saturday. Well it's Saturday and I haven't heard from them!! Incredibly unprofessional. I could have called 15 other companies this past week and had this done. Super inconvenient

James worked twice on an apartment project in New Brunswick for us. We were in a bind with the client, and he really came through in both instances. We had zero complaints from the residents or management, which in the apartment world is extremely rare. I would definitely recommend him for any project.
