Brain answered my questions quickly and I was able to have him scheduled in a prompt matter. I needed 4 standard outlets in basement — simple job. They came out at the time and date I requested and got the job done! Brain and Chris were both friendly. Chris did the job for us. He showed up on time in nice company truck for which he had all the necessary tools, supplies, and disposal. I will definitely contact Horton for future electrical services. Thank you Chris and Brian!

I recently had A "partial power outage" (one leg was only 80 volts) at my home. When I called Horton to get emergency service, Brian took the time on the phone to do some troubleshooting with me and he advised that it was most likely an Eversource problem. He could have easily sent an electrician out and charged me emergency service rates, but he did the right thing. I did end up having to Call Horton back to get someone out here and they arrived fast. Their electrician was friendly and super helpful. In an age where companies are quick to grab your money, it's refreshing to see a company who is looking out for you. I truly appreciate the treatment and service I received from Horton Electrical Services! HIGHLY RECOMENDED.

I had a scheduled appointment at 10:00am for Horton electric to come to my house and assess the scope of the work needed. On a Friday morning. I rearranged my entire schedule to be at my house at 10 AM mid morning and it was a no-show. What really bothered me when I called the office, the guy Brian simply said, he probably forgot because he got busy? Would you like to reschedule it? They didn’t even attempt to call them and see if they were near my house , if somebody could swing by? I said so that’s it? You’re not going to look into it? Call him? See if he’s near? He just repeated would you like to reschedule? As if that was a solution? He’s probably busy and forgot? I can’t reschedule and give up another day of work to chance a no-show when it’s handled so unprofessionally? Very disappointing.

Just moved to town and found some complex electrical issues needing attention. Brian came same day, has been back to follow up, and will start work Monday. So far am extremely impressed with the level of attention and service. Looking forward to getting this work done and beginning a renovation project with them doing the electrical.

I have had Horton Electrical Services do a number of electrical jobs (some small, some large) around my home over the last year. They are prices appropriately and do great quality work. Would recommend to anybody looking for an electrician.
