The electrician, Steve, came to do a hardwire EV charger install for me. He was prompt in his arrival, actually arrived 30 minutes early, and very knowledgeable about the work that had to be done. To make sure we in alignment on the work that was to be done, he walked me through the job and answered all my questions before he began working. Took him about 2 hours from start to finish, including the virtual inspection. GREAT JOB!
Driver wanted to try and road rage with me because I wasn’t passing traffic fast enough for his liking and didn’t even give me time to move over to the right lane before he swerved and gunned it around me while flipping me off. (I was going 70 in a 65). Should probably have your employees take a new class in drivers education and common courtesy. Not a good look for your company as they are driving company vehicles.
I’ve had J. Becher do two installs in the last two months. Amazing installations with great respect for our property and projects! However; my second job is incomplete partially due to XCEL being one day late with my approval but now it looks as if it’s going to be weeks before J BECHER can come back to finish the job, which is frustrating to no end. I’m left paying higher rates until the work can be completed, but I have paid (on time) for the installation despite it being incomplete.
Nick arrived to trouble shoot a light switch. He fixed the light switch issue in less than 1 minute. He mentioned he had more time allocated to my appointment and I asked him how he would feel about moving 3 wall outlets. He said, “Sure.” Within 1 hour he was done. We were very impressed with the speed and quality of his work. I felt bad about adding on work to the appointment but he didn’t mind at all. I would totally recommend Nick for electrical work. Hard to find people who really know what they are doing and do it so quickly.
Cut and flipped me off on the highway and proceeded to drive recklessly and break check while I was pull my boat up north. Would never even consider working with Theo company if this if the type of employee that you hire. Would not want someone like that around my family or working on my home.
