We were very pleased with the entire process of getting new lighting installed in our dining area. The estimator was very nice and encouraging about our requested project, and the technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Less time was needed to complete the project, so we saved money as well. We appreciated the good workmanship and honesty. Customer service/ communication was horrible (Kayla). It took a month to get the job scheduled after the contract was signed. I received a bill and a past due bill before the job was even completed. Appointments were made and canceled as well as no showed. The actual service was scheduled to take 1 full day. It was not finished. When they finally returned a month later, I had to ask the technician to do work that should have been done per the contract. The job did finally get finished after 4 months. No apologies, no discounts. I will not use this company again.
This was our Second time using Joe Kilowatt and we would highly recommend them. Their estimates are reasonable and fair for services. This time we came in under the estimate. Our electrician was very friendly and polite. He explained the work in detail and asked for our input before starting. We had lights install in our kitchen cabinets, a spot light above display case on the stairs and a security camera. He finished early and cleaned up before walking us through the new installments.
Setting appointment was easy and tech was here on time. Professional and friendly. He found the issue quickly and had a better solution to how my 3 light switches had originally been wired
