Aaron Alford, with Mr. Electric, installed a new breaker box, a 200 amp meter, surge protector, and all that goes with that. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable answering all our questions with great patience, and gave us a fair rate. The install is thorough and looks great! Clayton, who helped Aaron, was also very professional and personable. The two of them worked very hard start to finish. I highly recommend Mr Electric for all your electrical, air. heating, and plumbing needs.
Very happy! Cody and David were very respectful and did a great job. They were detailed about hiding wires where possible and were patient to answer all of my questions. All of the office staff that I spoke with were very pleasant as well. Will definitely use Mr. Electric again.
Fantastic experience. I was able to set an appointment same day. My calls were always answered AND you can utilize their messaging service to schedule appointments. Our technician, Aaron, was timely, responsive, and competent. I was confident in the quality his work based on his consultation. His warm, personable nature made it comfortable to host him for the day while he installed four pendants, a chandelier, two newly cut can lights and multiple dimmers. Aaron is really knowledgeable in electrical matters. I thought I needed to install 2 new outlets to withstand the electrical currents needed from 2 refrigerators, but that all changed. Aaron explained to me scientifically that I could safely install just 1 outlet and not run, even a little bit, into a short circuit or a potential fire. His explanation gave me reassurance and confidence in my decision making which resulted in saving me money by having to install only one outlet. I would recommend Aaron as one of the go to experts to anyone any day.
