I recommend this company. They come to your place and check out the work that needs to be done for free and then give you an invoice with the fee before starting any work. The electricians were very professional, understanding and warm. They got the job done quickly, gray job, professionally and I love my chandelier in my dining room. We plan to use them again. Highly unprofessional and poor customer service. They Took more than a week to get back to me (regarding scheduling an appointment and regarding my request for insurance paperwork required by my building), failed to communicate the process, I had to send texts over and over that mostly went unanswered. , When they did get back to me they just automatically scheduled me for an appointment for the next day, via email, without even having a conversation with me. They scheduled me for a time that didn’t work for me, without asking me if that time or day worked for me. When I said they need to check with the customer if they are available before making an appointment for them, the guy said he’s just trying to squeeze me in and if I don’t take that appointment, I would have to wait until the following week, (after I already waited a week to hear from them)! I suggested an earlier time the next day, he refused. They act like they are doing you a favor! Who’s hiring who here? Meanwhile their quoted prices are outrageous. They told me between $175-$350 to fix a single outlet in my apartment. I was going to hire them for bigger projects too, if all went well with the outlet (needed lights installed in my living room and an outlet installed in the bathroom), but I will not be using this company in the future, that’s for sure. Plenty of good, professional electricians out there!

Dean and Team at Mr. Electric are awesome! These guys do it all; from electrical outlets all the way up to installing EV chargers and generators. Don't hesitate to give them a call- you wont be disappointed with their level of care and expertise.

He was fully transparent, walking me through the process of what needed to be done and providing a quote before services started. The job was done very well and I paid exactly what I was quoted.
