We did our due diligence and got multiple quotes and James was the most reasonably priced for the scope of work. James was great in adding his two cents when needed and other times following our lead. His crew was top notch—highly skilled but also friendly and respectful. I’d highly recommend using James and his crew especially if you are new to renovation/GC world. He has a vast network of people in the business and can work with you on getting you what you want at a reasonable price point. I’d definitely use him again for future projects.
