Solare Energy

Solare Energy installed our 48 solar panels and did and excellent job. So when it came to to add 2 Tesla power walls we gave them a call. They were back logged so we waited 6 months to have them installed. When the foreman/supervisor showed up, I explained and showed him where my protected flowers were and made arrangements with bricks and boards across them so they would not be damaged. One of the workers thought it would be fine to smoke next to my home and throw his cigarette butts in my vegetable garden, next to my tomato plant along with leaving a half eaten cookie that had been dipped in chocolate with it. I have 2 dogs!!!! Leaving cigarette butts and discarded chocolate is a BIG NO NO!!!! After they left I found that they had not checked their work and half of my kitchen had no power, which included the fridge. It was 4:45pm, they are supposedly open until 5pm. I quickly placed a call and of course, no one answered. The following morning I called as soon as they were opened and they had the crew come back mid- morning to fix the problem. They came back yesterday for inspection and things were STILL improperly done, PLUS they trampled my plants. GRRRRRR

His diligence and professionalism have reassured me that there are companies that fulfill their promises. Solare Energy is the BEST. They not only did a great job with our solar, they agreed to use commercial panels and put them on the slope that was full of weeds. We also had 2 Tesla batteries installed and they were able to help us obtain a nice rebate from Self-Generation Incentive Program (SGIP). From Dustin, our salesman, the installation team and Ali, the Office Manager, they were all GREAT. We felt they were the best value for the $$ and they were. We have since highly recommended them to our friends who in turn used them and very happy. Solar is the way to go today with high SDG&E bills. Thanks Solare Energy for all you did for us.

Solare Energy installed our solar panels at the end or 2016 and did an outstanding job. I'm writing this review now because of their great follow up monitoring the system. Our inverter for the entire system went out last week and Solare picked up the problem from the Solar Edge monitoring. They notified us of the problem and installed an new inverter under warranty within 3 days. They really took care of us. You never know if a company will take care of problems down the road, but Solare Energy exceeded my expectations.
