Came in for service due to a squeaky door. I was able to confirm with the service advisor my issue would be covered under warranty before arriving for service. Service team was professional and efficient. Waiting area was fine. The door issue was resolved and my car was returned without any damage.
I am utterly appalled by the level of unprofessionalism, negligence, and complete disregard for customer service displayed by the Tesla service center. I recently took my leased Tesla Model 3, which is driven an average of 5 miles a day and parked most of the time, in for a repair of the underbody. What should have been a routine repair has turned into a nightmare. Despite spending over $1000, the underbody of my vehicle was replaced with such carelessness that all the pins are either missing or loose. As a result, the bumper is now misaligned, and various plastic pieces are hanging off the car, creating a hazardous and unsightly condition. To make matters worse, the interior of the trunk was left in complete disarray, a blatant disregard for my property. When I brought these issues to the attention of the service center, I was met with an astonishing level of indifference. They informed me that since it had been 10 days since the service was performed, they were not willing to fix anything. Although I reached out through the app and did the survey within that time frame as well as called and no one ever picks up . This is utterly unacceptable. It is their responsibility to ensure that repairs are done correctly the first time. I am not a service technician, nor do I possess any knowledge about vehicle repairs, yet now I am being forced to bear the financial burden of their incompetence. The fact that I have to pay for additional repairs, after already spending a significant amount of money less than two weeks ago, is beyond infuriating. This experience has demonstrated a severe lack of accountability and respect for customers. I strongly advise against using this service center or purchasing any vehicles from this company. The negligence and unprofessionalism displayed are not only frustrating but also potentially dangerous. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. This level of service is inexcusable and should not be tolerated by anyone. This is how I got my car after they fixed it ….
Manny (Manager) was really outreaching and receptive to customer feedback. After I experienced a not so pleasant repair he immediately reached out to me and listened to my complaints. He then proceeded to rectify the situation by doing whatever he can to resolve the issue and gain my business back. Thank you Manny.
Setting up and doing the test drive was an easy process. Friendly and accommodating worker, but they could use more than just 1 person at the front. They don't do sales here.
