I had an EV charger install done on 2/4. The charger and the disconnect switch were installed but now there is gaping hole behind the switch box. I paid a significant sum for the install so i don't understand the lack of finishing. I have tried to contact both Acura and Stella Electric with no success.

This company took its reputation and customer satisfaction seriously. Even though my satisfaction went from bottom to top I am glad that the owner read my negative reviews and sent a master electrician to fix this. Requested a quote for installation of an outlet and Rich promptly made initial contact, but when I provided the picture of the wall that the outlet would be installed on as requested, he didn’t respond. When I followed back up, he still didn’t respond. Unfortunate that now I have had to take my business elsewhere.
Great company and will definitely be a repeat customer! I needed a new studio light system installed and they made the whole process very seamless and easy. The quote that was given was one of the more affordable and low options and the technician that came to the house for installation was very nice too, haven't had any problems with the service and happy with the quality too. I've used Stella on two past occasions and they quickly became my go-to electricians. So when I lost power to several outlets throughout the house, I called them and was able to speak to Rich w/in the hour. He was able to quickly determine the likely issue and even coached me how to fix it over the phone, no charge!
