The cost of installing an EV charger varies depending on several factors, including the type of charger, the complexity of the installation, and any necessary electrical upgrades. Contact Sunergy Systems for a custom quote.
The best EV charger for you depends on your charging needs and the capabilities of your vehicle. Level 2 chargers are a popular choice for home charging, offering faster charging speeds than Level 1 chargers. Sunergy Systems can assess your needs and recommend the best option.
Depending on the existing capacity of your electrical panel and the power requirements of the EV charger, you may need to upgrade your panel. Sunergy Systems can evaluate your electrical system and determine if an upgrade is necessary.
The installation time varies depending on the complexity of the project. A standard installation can usually be completed in a few hours, while more complex installations may take longer. Sunergy Systems will provide an estimated timeline before starting the project.
Yes, there are various federal, state, and local incentives available for EV charger installation. Sunergy Systems can help you identify and apply for eligible incentives to reduce the cost of your installation.
I couldn't be happier with my experience with Sunergy. The entire process from the very first conversation I had with Chris to their follow-up call after installation was always pleasant. There were no pushy sales tactics; just an earnest desire to inform and educate me. They are true professionals and very passionate about their craft. I'm super happy with my REC 420W panels and Powerwall 3!
Just purchased 2x powerwall 3s, and 12kW of solar panels. Big thanks to Nikki, Michael, and about a half dozen other folks there who were very professional in guiding me through the complex process and decisions. The final install looks awesome and has been working well since the install about a month ago. The city inspector said the work quality was great and they used top notch components. And when the big bomb cyclone hit, I wasn't worried at all as I had tested the system several times and was confident in its performance. The prices are very competitive, and all things considered, I really do feel I made the best possible choice in going with Sunergy for my solar and backup needs. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for some energy independence.
The Sunergy Systems team completed the installation of 13 SILFAB solar panels with Enphase microinverters and controller on May 21st this year. The process was amazingly easy. I selected Sunergy after consulting with several installers and Sunergy was very impressive during the preliminary, design and execution phases. I highly recommend using them for solar projects. Our system has already produced 2 MegaWh and we have only used 50% of it and will get credited during the winter months for the energy exported to Seattle City light. I opted to use the "made in the USA" (Washington state) Solar panels by Silfab and so far they have worked very well.
Working with Greg Williams of Sunergy, Seattle, last spring, we had Sunergy Systems solar panels installed on our home near Port Townsend / Sequim. A few thoughts: 1. He was absolutely superb in helping us make this decision, getting the panels installed, and following up with us. We could not have asked for any better! 2. The Sunergy technicians were quick, courteous, and very caring about our home and the correct installation of the panels on our roof. First class! 3. These things, (panels) are absolutely amazing! Since installation, (and we did not order the max number), the panels have been so efficient that we have been selling power back to the electrical company!!!! Our monthly bill remains at $49.00 per month, (base admin fee) for a large 3-story home complete with a heated aircraft hangar! Unbelievable, but true! This investment was worth every single cent, (around $30K) before tax benefits. Simple, requiring almost zero maintenance, I cannot thank you guys enough at Sunergy! Continuing, I cannot recommend you highly enough to any prospective customers. Feel free to send anyone to me for reference, and thank you so, so much! Absolutely first class in every respect! Gregg, thanks again, tremendous product and service!! Sincerely, Deanna and Carl
Sunergy Systems is a Great Company! They analyzed two years of electrical data to determine our overall need. They proposed three systems that would supply 65%, 95%, and 105% of our needs with a SE exposure. Each Solar Panel has a microInverter that converts Solar power to Electricity. Thus, if there is a problem with one panel, the remainder of the Solar panels still produce electricity unaffected by the problem panel. We decided on 105% since adding an electric vehicle is a strong possibility. We already had a Smart Meter that had been installed several years ago so that electricity can be exported to the grid. They also proposed upgrading our electrical panel which was approximately 70 years old. It was not required, but an option. The added advantage of upgrading the panel was that there is surge protection for when there is a power outage. When power is restored, there can be an electrical surge which can damage electronic circuitry so prevalent in modern equipment. Also all new circuit breakers installed. The installation when very very smoothly. They projected 4 days for 26 panels. It turned out that they were basically done in three days. An Enphase Enlighten program is used to monitor electricity produced, imported, consumed, and exported. The data is stored by day, by month, and by year allowing you to analyze how your systems works on sunny, cloudy, and rainy days. The data is maintained by the Enlightened Program throughout the years so that you can perform year to year comparison if you are very interested in the details.
