I recently completed an EV charging infrastructure project, and I cannot speak highly enough of the contractor team that made it all possible. From start to finish, they were nothing short of exceptional. Their reliability and professionalism were evident every step of the way. From assisting me in obtaining the necessary permits to ensuring the smooth completion of the entire project, this team demonstrated a deep understanding of the process and delivered top-notch results. Three years ago before Covid I had put a down payment for Tesla Batteries. Two years later and a lot of excuses Ed Costas installs two batteries from a now defunct company called Electirc power. For over 6 months the battery did not work and they were trying to figure out what to do to make the battery work with the app that controlled it...even though the company went belly up. So I felt like they were trying to figure it out. I felt badly about the situation and hoped it could be resolved quickly. In December of 2024 the batteries just quit working. The company came out and told me that they were going to replace it with two new Tesla Batteries. For the last two and a half months I have been trying to get them to install the promised Tesla replacements but now everyone at Synergy has gone silent. Now I have to hire an attorney and put the word out not to use Synergy 768. It is easy to get someone like Synergy 768 to take your money but when things don't work out in their favor, they will not stand behind the contract or their work... That is when you see who they really are. Buyer beware. Ed Costas comes across at a really nice guy with a lot of promises... but that is a facade. Be careful out there.

I'm long overdue in writing this review for Synergy 768, our exceptional solar installer. From the initial consultation with Ed Cotas, the owner, we knew we were in good hands. Ed's professionalism, thoroughness, and expertise made the entire process seamless. He clearly explained the benefits and installation process, making us feel confident in our decision. The installation, after the initial PG&E permit approval, was incredibly efficient, taking only one day to complete. The crew was highly skilled and professional, ensuring a smooth experience. What truly sets Synergy 768 apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. Even after a year and a half, we're still thrilled with our solar panels. As a bonus, Ed installed our Tesla wall charger free of charge! I can't praise Ed and his team enough for their exceptional service. Synergy768 installed solar on our home 18 months ago and installed a Tesla home charger for us in October. Both jobs were completed on schedule and within budget. Ed, the owner, explained each job and its cost ahead of time and there were no surprises. The men who did the work were polite and friendly, and did not make a mess. They cleaned up after themselves and left my yard neat each day. Our solar panels have been great, and Ed provided great financing options that fit our budget. We are very happy with their work and highly recommend them for all solar and electrical work.
