** Updated below ** Dispatched through home warranty. Technicians installed ceiling fans incorrectly, and increased workload for me rather than fixing the issue. Now not only did I pay for the warranty and the service fee but also now I gotta hire a REAL professional to undo their mistake and redo the installation correctly. UPDATE: got a call from the company with an offer to redo the job. Technicians came in and fixed the issue. 4 stars for a job well done. No 5 stars because the job wasn't well done until I wrote this review.

From the get-go, I asked for pictures of the work from the Tesla wall charger to the electrical box, and when they came out, I reminded them several times, yet I only got 1 picture. It's important bc I need it for the Tesla warranty. But let me tell you, they were quick to collect funds, and after several reminders, I only got a picture of my wall charge on the side of the house. No piping pictures, no electrical box pictures. It was an easy task, and they promised I would have it via text or email shortly after leaving. When asking the office about they could only tell me they had one picture. So glad they back their word, especially reminding them several times. I wouldn't use them again. You can't do a simple task that was constantly a reminder for then I cannot trust you to do more work around my house. Even though they are on Tesla's recommended electrician, I would not recommend them. If you can't do the little things, then what makes me think you can do the bigger jobs.

I had initially requested a quote from United Electric, and the quoter brought it to my attention that they are Tesla certified. Upon scheduling installation the installers were on top of their game. They knew exactly what they were doing and no second guessing. They were also very knowledgeable on EVs. I would 100% do business with them again. Great customer service.

Very accommodating, responsive, and very professional. The technician are knowledgeable and quick to do the repair without wasting any time. I’ll recommend them to everybody five star is not enough for them, I’ll give them all the stars in the sky and the moon.

Extremely kind and polite from the first phone call. They were able to get someone out to my home to troubleshoot some electrical issues promptly and the gentleman dispatched arrived exactly at 7am, as promised. He was very informative and thorough and problem was solved quickly. Highly recommend United Electric Company and will certainly be using them for all future electrical needs.
