Venture Electric in Stafford is OVERPRICED! My emergency service call cost $2,500. Labor was $200/hr for the tech and $100/hr for the helper. A one-day job on a Sunday cost me $1,800 total in labor alone. I feel taken advantage of, because it was a Sunday. I had to ask for an itemized bill, because their invoice didn't describe any of the charges...just $2,500, pay-up. This is unprofessional. My girlfriend called and asked about their hourly rates and was quoted a different price ($180 vs $200 per hour). According to this, we were over-charged $80. At this point, I feel better getting the truth out to the public about this place versus confronting them over $80. Paying $2,420 for this job isn't going to make me feel like I got a good deal. I got burned.
